UCLan students with a Lancashire or Cumbria postcode have access to free online support with Togetherall (formerly Big White Wall). Whether you’re struggling to sleep, feeling low, stressed or unable to cope, or just want the chance to think more deeply about your wellbeing, Togetherall can help you to explore your feelings, get support and take steps towards improving your mental health and wellbeing.

You will have access to a 24/7 anonymous, confidential online community providing peer to peer support, personal assessments and self-help courses, where you can set personal goals and track your progress. Self-help course topics include ‘Improve your sleep,’ ‘Balance your thinking’ and ‘Stop procrastinating.’ Togetherall provides a safe space online to get things off your chest, explore your feelings, get creative and learn how to self-manage your mental health and wellbeing.



Togetherall is constantly monitored by clinician ‘wall guides’ who are on hand 24/7 so you’re always safeguarded whilst using the service. Once you have signed up for your free access to Togetherall, you can access the content from your phone/laptop/iPad at anytime, anywhere!

This service compliments our internal student wellbeing provision and we strongly encourage all eligible students to sign up, even if they don’t feel they are in need of support currently. Togetherall is not a crisis service, visit our website for more information on accessing crisis support.
