Complaints

The counselling service is committed to providing a high quality service in accordance with the University (see Academic Quality and Standards Unit and that of the BACP Ethical Framework and Complaints Procedure).

If, however you have cause for complaint we ask that you follow the procedure required by the University and the BACP.  Your first steps are:

1. Discuss your concerns with your counsellor
2. If you are not satisfied, contact the Manager of Student Wellbeing & Counselling – Heather Oakley at: HOakley@uclan.ac.uk
