Graduation Ceremonies 2021

Government guidance allowing, our summer graduation ceremonies will take place from 6 - 17 September on the Preston Campus. We can’t wait to welcome all students who graduated in 2020 and July 2021 to celebrate your terrific achievements.

Bookings for our September graduation ceremonies have now closed. The next graduation ceremonies will be held in December and we will contact those eligible directly in the coming months. If you were a 19/20 or 20/21 student who was awarded by 5 July and want to attend our December 21 ceremonies, please email with an email address you will still be using then so we can invite you again later in the year.

Covid-19 Safety Measures

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we may have to put additional measures in place to ensure the safe access of graduands and guests to campus. It is not yet clear what these measures may be, however, it is possible that they could include social distancing, wearing of face coverings (for those not exempt), the use of hand washing/sanitisation facilities and covid-19 testing prior to the event. It is not possible at this time to confirm if these measures will be required, however, if they (or any other measures deemed essential by the University’s Safety, Health and Environment Department) are required, all guest and graduands will be expected to follow them. Non-compliance with Covid-19 Safety measures may result in you and your guests being asked to leave the event.
