The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) is calling for evidence into racial harassment in universities.
We would like you to take part in a 15-minute survey, to report on your experiences with racial harassment, whether it be something personal, something you witnessed or you helped someone who was harassed.
Watch the video to find out more about why you should have your say.
The EHRC is conducting the survey in hopes of understanding the following:
• how universities respond to reports of racial harassment and what the barriers may be
• what good practice is taking place across universities to help share the learning
• what needs to happen to help improve the way students can get help when they need it
The EHRC is looking to work with universities and student bodies to make sure that they gather a full view of what is happening at universities. Where the evidence shows there are barriers to redress, the inquiry will make recommendations for improvement.
