All final year undergraduate students have been invited to reflect on your UCLan student experience and complete the National Student Survey (NSS).
The NSS is a national annual student satisfaction survey run by Ipsos MORI on behalf of universities in the UK. Final year undergraduate students have been invited to take part in the survey, which this year is open to UCLan students between Monday 1 February until Friday 30 April.
The survey offers you the chance to provide confidential feedback on the student experience at UCLan and you will be contacted by email from Ipsos MORI or you can complete the survey online at thestudentsurvey.com
Your feedback is extremely important as it helps us to identify and share what you like about your course and the University and to highlight areas where we need to do better. Your opinions have already and will continue to shape the student experience and although the survey is anonymous, the results help us to develop the experiences of our future students.
We know that the last year has been a strange and difficult one, due to the pandemic but we are very proud of the way our students have continued to work and we have continued to support you in every way we can. We are, of course, interested in your views on this last year, but the survey is about your whole time at UCLan, so do please think about, and comment on, your whole UCLan journey.
If you are eligible, please complete the survey online or via a mobile device at thestudentsurvey.com from 1 February 2021 to 30 April 2021.
The survey takes about 10 minutes to complete and can be filled in online. We recommend doing the survey as early as possible because Ipsos MORI, the independent research company who manage the survey, will continue to remind you until you complete it.
Everyone who completed the NSS before Sunday 28 February was automatically entered into a free prize draw for the chance to win a graduation photography package worth £60 – we had 50 to give away. The prize draw has now been completed and the 50 prize winners of the National Student Survey have been notified by email during week commencing 12 April 2021.
In addition, for every response, the University is contributing £3 to the Harris Bursary Fund which helps students who are experiencing hardship.
Complete the survey before Friday 30 April 2021.
