If you feel like you need to change your diet or improve your health, the University offers free health and nutrition advice. Eat to win is a UCLan student-led service that offers students and University staff free advice in one-to-one sessions on nutrition and exercise.
Whatever your goal, you can get free consultations in a safe and confidential environment. Whether you want to lose weight, tone up or simply improve your overall health, the team can provide personalised recommendations to suit your lifestyle and budget.

Each session is focused on your aims, whether you want to lose or gain weight, or simply want to find ways of improving concentration levels and enhancing mood.
The service is led by a team of nutrition and exercise science students and is supported by the School of Sport and Health Sciences. It has been running for five years and sessions take place in the Nutrition and Health Lab in Darwin Building. Appointments are available on Tuesdays 2pm - 4pm and Thursdays 11am – 2pm.
