Following the remodelling of the library we have taken a thorough review of the service we offer in respect of the Special Collections. We have devised a new process that will enable us to give the best possible access, while ensuring continued protection of the Collection's materials. Access for Special Collections users is by appointment only. Use of the materials will be restricted to the Special Collections Room on the 2nd floor of the library and will be supervised by a member of the Library Collection Management staff.
If you would like to use any of the materials, whether it's an individual item, or a whole collection, please complete the enquiry/appointment form and email as an attachment to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will be back in touch to confirm the appointment and clarify any questions with you.
Usually appointments for the Special Collections Rooms in the Library are available Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
We can offer times from 10.00 am - 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm.
Please wait for confirmation from email@example.com before making any firm plans. We may be unable to give you access on the day you prefer but we will work with you to try to meet your needs at an alternative time.

Before you come to the Library please check the User Guidelines and the Guidelines for Copies and Photography and let us know if you think you will need copies of materials, or if you would like to take photographs.
