Secure Electronic Delivery for Inter Library Loan Journal Article requests: how to register, and FAQs
UK theses requests should now be requested via the British Library's new EThOs database, (http://ethos.bl.uk/Home.do) which enables free access to digitised and downloadable versions of British doctoral theses. You can search the EThOS database without having to register. You do, however, need to register and log in if you want to download a thesis from EThOS.
If the thesis you require has not been digitised please complete the online inter-library loan form. We will inform you as soon as the thesis has been digitised. Please note that on occasion requests maybe rejected due to cost and/or availability.
Please note the Inter Library Loans service will no longer process non-UK Theses and Dissertations requests.
For further information on how to proceed as either an individual or a department then please contact iloans@uclan.ac.uk
UCLan students can register for The British Library Reader Pass, for further details visit the BL Help for Researchers page.
