We are situated on the ground floor of the UCLan Library. As you enter the Library we are located on the right hand side at the rear of the building.

Using the UCLan Print Service

You can either call us on 01772 894347, email us at or visit us in person at UCLan Print in the library.

Do you need to use us?

Our facility is designed to offer a specialist print service. If you require simple black and white/colour prints, we ask that you use the black and white/colour printers available in the library. You can find instructions for this service around the Library.

Getting the work to us

You cannot print from your UCLan account to our printers, you must provide us with the documents in digital format. We ask you email all print work to There is a lead-time of 24 hours for any printed work, this may be extended at busy periods.


Send files to us at - there is a limit of 50 MB for email attachments so be aware that if your images are of considerable size they may not reach us! Visit the following link for information on reducing PDF size:

Complicated print jobs

Some jobs i.e. booklets, certain binding, T-shirts, canvas prints can take some time to set up. On these occasions, we will ask you to leave the job with us to finish. Please factor this into your timescale.


You can find our price list here. We are happy to provide a quote prior to printing. We ask that any quotes be requested via email. For payment we accept cash or card. You can also pay with your UCLan print credits. Internal jobs can be charged to a suitable re-charge code.


When your job is complete, we will contact you via email/telephone. You can then visit UCLan Print to collect.
