Network Lite is a free wired service in:
UCLan owned Halls of Residence:
Privately Owned:
By registering this allows you to browse the internet, read your UCLan email, access course information and your files saved on the UCLan network.
Please Note: You must read and accept the terms in Network Lite Fair Usage and Security Policy - see the student contract page. Access will be withdrawn if you breach this policy.
You will need an Ethernet connection on your device and a RJ45 Ethernet cable to connect. If you already have a cable then you can use that or you can buy them from The <i> on the ground floor in the Library.
You can simply connect your cable into your device and into the socket in your halls, open your browser and follow the on-screen instructions. Full details are available in the Network Lite Registration guide.
