The UCLan Library building provides comfortable, flexible study spaces and offers a wealth of excellent learning resources, extensive collections of information sources and expert help and support from Library staff.
The Library has a dedicated training team who provide support and training for students. Their aim is to help you make the most of the Library and IT facilities throughout your studies, and to make sure you're working effectively and efficiently - whether you need to find books and journals for an assignment, or need help with formatting your dissertation.

As well as access to thousands of books, audio-visual materials and journals, there are around 700 computers (including Apple Macs) in the Library, as well as photocopiers, printers and scanners.

Study Spaces - how to book a study space
UCLan Print Services
Book a library tour - Tours will take place every hour from 10am till 4pm during welcome week and week 1. There will be a maximum capacity of 8.
Use the Library Search to search for books and journals.
The resources available include books and journals on the library shelves, in addition to our Eresources (including Ebooks and Ejournals). The Subject A - Z allows you to find resources by your specific area of study, from Accounting to Web Design.

UCLan provides free Internet access around the campus, via our UCLan Wireless service. You can also connect to the eduroam service on our campus and many others around the UK and Europe.
