Please note: There are a number of these guides that are located within the LIS Resource Centre on SharePoint. If you wish to access the files from a non-UCLan computer you will need to login to SharePoint using your FULL email address when you are prompted to do so.
You should only need to do this once during your session.
Please remember, when using Blackboard you need to use Mozilla Firefox as your browser. This is available from your Windows taskbar or from the Start menu.
If you are having problems logging into Blackboard and have checked the information on the Blackboard Support Site then you can contact LIS Customer Support for help.
If you cannot see your module listed in the My Blackboard Modules and Programmes List or you are having trouble accessing materials within the module space you will need to ask your module tutor.
