Writing for Wellbeing workshops offer a supportive space where you can find out how to use creative writing and journaling practices to increase wellbeing.

Workshops for students will take place in the Drop-In Zone (Library ground floor) between 6.00 and 7.30 pm on the following Mondays:
28 January
25 February
25 March
29 April
20 May
Each session stands alone so you can attend any or all of them.

Writing for Wellbeing workshops offer a supportive space where you can find out how to use creative writing and journaling practices to increase wellbeing. You will be guided through activities and encouraged to discuss them, but there is no obligation to share what you have written. The aim is to stimulate creativity, imagination and reflection so that you can find new ways to express yourself, process thoughts and feelings and increase self-awareness.
