After twenty years industry experience in advertising and marketing working for the BBC on brands like Top Gear as well as major media players such as News International on titles such as The Sun, The News of the World, The Times and Sunday Times as well as The Daily Express and Metro, Robin is really pleased to be able to bring all that experience to help and inspire students.
Robin is passionate about advertising and marketing because in his view they are the key drivers for globalisation and all the brands we just take for granted in the modern world. Without advertising and marketing many of products and services we take for granted just would not exist as they do today. He bases this view not just on academic reading but also on experience gained working in some of the best known organisations in the industry. Robin is also heavily involved in the health club industry as a fully qualified gym instructor.
