Louise is the Academic Resource and Portfolio Director for Lancashire School of Business and Enterprise.  She is part of the School Executive Team and has worked at the University since 1992.

Louise is research active within the area of business and management and is a member of the Institute for Research into Organisations, Work and Employment.

Research Activities

  • Louise is interested in identity and trade unions membership.  She is also involved in research considering design, entrepreneurship and the creative industries.

Projects

Louise is involved in the Enterprising Women group in the School and in working with colleagues on the Athena Swan accreditation for the school.
