Gill Pope

Gill has been a Mental Health Nurse for over 20 years. She began her career in forensic services and undertook a variety of roles including ward management and community forensic practice. Gill went onto manage a community mental health team for four years before moving onto a Service Improvement role in Lancashire Care Foundation Trust. Research interests include: care of people with personality disorder, non suicidal self injury along with pathways and outcomes in healthcare.

Gill has led and co-ordinated several service improvement projects including the development of pathways and outcomes in long term rehabilitation and CAMHS services. Gill presented this work at the International Care Pathways Conference in Italy in 2015.
