Frank Hayden is one of Europe's leading industrialists, having led the strategic and operational transformation of a number of high-technology businesses, including Land Rover, BMW, Airbus, BAE Systems and Rolls-Royce. Frank has led the manufacturing launch of a number of iconic and world-leading products, including the Land Rover Freelander, BMW Mini, Airbus A380 Superjumbo, F-35 Joint Strike Fighter and Rolls-Royce Trent aircraft engines. Frank’s focus at UCLan is engineering/manufacturing industry engagement. Helping small and medium size engineering/manufacturing companies to boost their productivity and competitiveness.

Frank is a Chartered Engineer, Institution of Mechanical Engineers.
