Vladimir Elkin is a Reseach Fellow at the Jeremiah Horrocks Institute. His research is in stellar astrophysics, mostly in spectroscopic analysis of chemically peculiar stars.
Before joining UCLAN Vladimir worked at Special Astrophysical Observatory which operated optical 6-meter telescope.
