Jonathan is the MA Social Policy course leader and the Year 3 leader on the BA (Hons) Community and Social Care programme. He is a member of the School Management Team and has Quality Assurance responsibilities as a member of the University Review Panel (Stage 2).

He teaches Comparative Social Welfare on the BA and MA Social Work programmes, Working in Organisations and Social Policy on the BA Social Work, and contributes to teaching on other modules within the department and supervises postgraduate and undergraduate student dissertation projects.
