Alice joined UCLan in December 2010 as a senior lecturer. Alice is a qualified social worker whose background is in the area of working with children, families and young people. Her specialisms include HIV and immigration.

Alice currently teachers on the FE CSC: PP, BA CSC: PP, BA CSF, BA Social Work and MA Social Work.
Her teaching areas include:
Sociology for social work and social care,
Working with children and families,
Communicating with children
Immigration
Working with people living with HIV.
Alice is currently Year 1 lead for BA CSC.
She is also part of the admissions team for the School of Social Work.
