For many people suffering a traumatic brain injury (TBI), returning to work can be seen as a primary goal for many who survive. However, returning to work after TBI can be difficult, with a large societal and personal cost. Further, not everyone in the UK who suffers a TBI has access to vocational rehabilitation services to help them return to an existing job or find a new one.
