A warm welcome to the University of Central Lancashire and our degree ceremonies 2018. Our graduation ceremonies mark a special time when we celebrate and recognise the success and achievements of our graduates. It is also an important occasion for all those who have encouraged and supported our graduates during their time here and we are delighted to welcome our students' families and friends to our celebrations.
A huge congratulations to all our students who will be graduating this July on your outstanding individual achievements. Following your ceremony, we invite you and your guests to join us in honouring the class of 2018.
Our graduation celebration event will be held in Foster Building Refectory and social space after each ceremony. Here you are welcome to continue your celebrations with complimentary refreshments, live entertainment and more.
No need to book, just turn up and continue your celebrations with friends, tutors and UCLan staff. Further details will be on your graduation seat ticket.

The venue for UCLan’s graduation ceremonies is Preston Guild Hall, Lancaster Road, Preston, PR1 1HT. Gown collection will take place in the Harris Museum on Preston’s Flag Market..
On arrival, please proceed to the University's Reception and ticket collection desk located in the Harris Museum. Gown collection is in the Harris Museum with photography taking place at Guild Hall. There will be lots of University staff on hand to point you in the right direction.
Preston Guild Hall is wheelchair accessible and the Ceremony Hall is equipped with induction loop systems. There is lift access to all floors.
Preston’s Guild Hall is easily accessible in the city centre and is close to Preston’s Bus Station and Railway Station. If you are arriving by car, the nearest multi-storey car park is next door at the adjacent Bus Station this can be found using PR1 1YT on your SatNav. There are other car parks around the City Centre, and two Park and Ride facilities.
