UCLan Library Services wishes to recruit an enthusiastic and proactive Subject Librarian to join the existing team.

Primarily supporting the School of Business, the successful applicant will have experience of collection development, delivering group and 1:1 information literacy training at undergraduate and postgraduate level, and proven ability in effective academic liaison and engagement.

A flexible and collaborative approach to working in a small team and a commitment to continuous improvement is an essential component of the role. Occasional evening work to deliver information literacy training is required at peak periods.

Applicants must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and will need to meet all essential criteria on the person specification to be considered for interview. For each of the criteria, please include examples to show your experience and/or skills in that area. They should be hold a degree in librarianship or information-related subject or have equivalent work experience.
