Have you got the skill, drive, and passion to become a Student Administration Manager providing leadership to one of our Student Administration teams as we strive to deliver service excellence?
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to be the manager and provide leadership to one of our Student Administration teams within Academic Registry. This a critical role overseeing the administration of the key aspects of the student lifecycle.
The successful candidate will support Senior Academic colleagues in the implementation and delivery of student experience excellence. Supporting the processes, procedures and delivery of a suite of academic programmes, effective student support provision, supporting the development of policies, regulations and processes as they relate to the student environment, ensuring each student has the appropriate support services in place, enabling them to perform to the best of their ability.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. Be an effective negotiator and able to influence other people's thinking. Ability to contribute to service and policy development, able to work both independently and collaboratively. They will need to be conscientious and well organised to manage the team with a varied workload of administrative responsibilities. Previous management experience essential as is a Degree (or equivalent experiential learning) plus GCSE Maths and English Language.
