About the role:
We are seeking a Research Fellow to work closely with Professor Chauhan and their research group. The successful candidate will develop and lead a research program aligned with the thematic priorities of the Mackenzie Institute and the National Institute of Health Research Integrated Academic Training (IAT) Programme in England. The post-holder will be responsible for high-quality research output, securing external funding, publishing in peer-reviewed journals, and contributing to research training and dissemination. They will develop and contribute to existing research projects in collaboration with the research group, and lead and manage research and evaluation projects, including grant writing, ethics applications, systematic literature reviews, data analysis, and reporting.
About You:
The successful candidate will have a PhD or equivalent in a relevant discipline (e.g., Medicine, Biomedical Sciences, Public Health), and a strong track record in research, including securing funding and publishing in high-impact journals. You will have experience in grant writing, ethics applications, and project management and excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
