The University is looking at appoint an experienced administrator to support the delivery of a project funded by the European Regional Development Fund. The successful applicant will work closely with the compliance and delivery team to ensure timely, efficient and accurate project administration in line with the funder regulations.
Significant recent project administrative experience in a busy office environment as well as experience of organising, inputting and extracting data from various sources as well as checking data integrity are essential. Utilising strong organisational skills, you will also have experience of undertaking effective administrative duties to meet the differing needs of stakeholders and colleagues.
An awareness of confidentiality working with external SMEs and the ability to work consistently under pressure, prioritise work and meet deadlines are also core requirements for success in this role.
Educated to first degree level or equivalent, the successful candidate will have experience of event organisation and experience of working in a team in a complex environment.
