The University of Central Lancashire School of Business is seeking to appoint Postgraduate Supervisors to supervise across the programmes in the School. We would particularly welcome applicants whose area of expertise lies in areas across the business and management discipline. We would also like to hear from candidates with subject expertise in Artificial Intelligence, sustainability, and Cyber Security. The successful candidates will be enthusiastic, innovative and committed to delivering an excellent supervisory experience. The successful candidates will join a highly motivated team with considerable expertise and experience in postgraduate course delivery. It will be expected that the persons appointed will be familiar with contemporary developments in their discipline.

The successful candidates for postgraduate supervisions will supervise students on an ad hoc basis on our, MSc, MBA, MRES and DBA programmes. They will have a good honours degree (or equivalent) in a relevant subject, a relevant masters qualification and a PhD (or equivalent) in a relevant area. They will have excellent organisation and communication skills, be committed to the success of students, demonstrate effective learning, and excellent supervisory skills. Good interpersonal skills as well as an ability to work independently and collaboratively are core requirements for this post. The majority of the supervisions will take place online.
