The University of Central Lancashire is looking for two Marketing and Content Officers to deliver impactful marketing campaigns and create compelling content that brings to life our brand messaging. Each role will be the first point of contact for one of our Schools, building relationships and engaging academic colleagues in marketing activities for future student recruitment.

 This role is key to the delivery of our marketing campaigns and operations, providing marketing support to academic teams. The right person for the role will:

  • Have experience in implementing results-driven marketing campaigns and a passion for generating engaging content.
  • Possess a good level of knowledge of marketing techniques, including social media marketing. 
  • Build excellent working relationships with academic colleagues, communicating campaign results and working in partnership to create content. 
  • Be a creative thinker, able to manage projects and problem-solve.
  • Use multiple and varied tools to track, review and analyse marketing activities.
  • Contribute to a lively, collaborative environment, sharing ideas and working with a variety of marketing specialists.

The successful candidates will have a first degree or equivalent qualification/experiential learning in a related discipline and have experience of working in a marketing role, including brand management, content creation, marketing communications, briefing and production of marketing materials, direct marketing, online marketing and social media channels.
