Job details

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the School of Health, Social Work and Sport for a Lecturer in Speech and Language Therapy. The post holder will contribute to the academic development, course management, teaching, research development, and scholarship within the School in the area of Speech and Language Therapy.

The successful candidate will have experience of teaching Speech and Language Therapy in a clinical or higher education environment, and experience of contemporary clinical practice. You will be HCPC and RCSLT registered in the field of Speech and Language Therapy. In addition, you must have a good honours degree (or equivalent) in a relevant subject are and either hold a teaching qualification or be willing to undertake a university teaching qualification on appointment. 

This is a fixed term contract due to limited funding.
