We are now seeking a Director of International Recruitment to build on our student recruitment successes and develop a new International Strategy that will take us into new markets and enable further diversification of our student body. You will provide strategic leadership and direction to the international student recruitment team, including our network of overseas agents and offices, build strong relationships with relevant organisations, and work collaboratively with university colleagues to ensure we attract high quality students and provide an effective student journey to enrolment.

To apply you will have successful, extensive experience in international student recruitment, with the knowledge and credibility to shape the University’s strategic direction and identify new opportunities. You will have an exceptional awareness of the external market, with the ability to collaborate with, and influence, senior stakeholders across the institution and externally to build profile and reputation. As an experienced leader, you will evidence commitment to delivering quality outcomes and continuous improvement, and success in delivering sustainable market diversification.
