A full time vacancy has arisen for a Control Room Co-ordinator, working Monday to Friday in the Security Control Room to assist in the delivery of efficient, customer-focused security services.
We are looking for an effective and methodical Co-ordinator to fulfil this varied and often pressured, customer-facing role. The post holder will need to be confident with various IT software, be a clear communicator with the ability to ensure updated information is appropriately shared across the teams and sometimes wider, within Data Protection parameters.
Supporting Security management, the successful candidate will be required to oversee Control Room operations across the teams, with the ability to successfully complete project work as directed. The post holder will also be required to occasionally respond to incidents, evacuations and first aid with the flexibility to provide shift cover if required.
