The successful post holder will engage with business owners, managers and community groups to develop effective and profitable relationships to promote professional (CPD) short-courses, degree apprenticeships (DA), Knowledge Transfer Partnerships and other workforce development opportunities that will serve to maintain and advance the competitive capability of the regional workforce.

We are looking for team players with excellent communication and negotiation skills who can contribute to shared goals, exercise judgment and initiative, and work unsupervised. Significant recent business development, sales and/or marketing experience is essential. The successful applicant will be educated to degree level or with the equivalent experiential learning, supported by experience of working with a customer relationship management system. Utilising excellent organisational skills the successful applicant will have a proven ability to work consistently under pressure, prioritise work and meet deadlines.
