Undergraduate – Year 0 - 72 tariff points    

 

Appropriate A levels;  ZIMSEC A level certificate; National Diploma – equivalent to BTEC National Diploma – follow School requirements for BTEC National Diploma holders

 

Standard English language entry requirements - IELTS 6.0 or equivalent
Grade A-C English in National O level

 

Undergraduate - Year 1 entry
112 tariff points

 

Appropriate A levels;  ZIMSEC A level certificate; National Diploma – equivalent to BTEC National Diploma – follow School requirements for BTEC National Diploma holders

Upper Second Class Division

O level Grade A-C English in National;

 

If your academic and/or English language qualifications are not sufficient to allow for direct entry to one of our undergraduate or postgraduate taught programmes, you may wish to consider one of our Undergraduate or Master Foundation Programmes, offered at UCLan by ONCampus. Successful completion of this programme can guarantee entry to a wide range of programmes at UCLan.

The University of Central Lancashire has a wide range of Scholarships and Bursaries available for international students. Below are the criteria for the award of the Merit and Excellence Scholarship.

  Undergraduate Postgraduate Taught
Merit Scholarship criteria BBB profile 65% and above (2:1 equivalent)
Excellence Scholarship criteria AAB Profile 70% and above (1st class equivalent)

Please note that these scholarships are not available for MBBS programme; distance learning programmes, Pre-Sessional Programmes or Postgraduate Research Programmes.
