Successful completion of recognised foundation programme
Post-Secondary diploma (Community College Diploma/Intermediate Diploma) (2 years) with good grades (70% or above)
Standard English language entry requirements – IELTS  6.0 or equivalent
Masters Degree from Government/ Recognised Private University GPA 70% minimum or GPA 2.0 Higher Diploma/Postgraduate Diploma – 70% minimum Standard English language entry requirements – IELTS 6.5  or equivalent

If your academic and/or English language qualifications are not sufficient to allow for direct entry to one of our undergraduate or postgraduate taught programmes, you may wish to consider one of our Undergraduate or Master Foundation Programmes, offered at UCLan by ONCampus. Successful completion of this programme can guarantee entry to a wide range of programmes at UCLan.

The University of Central Lancashire has a wide range of Scholarships and Bursaries available for international students. Below are the criteria for the award of the Merit and Excellence Scholarship.

Post Secondary Diploma at grade 80%
GPA 3/4 or 80% or B+
Excellence Scholarship criteria See foundation programme criteria in Global Qualifications
Post Secondary Diploma at grade 90%
3.5/4 or 85% or B+

Please note that these scholarships are not available for MBBS programme; distance learning programmes, Pre-Sessional Programmes or Postgraduate Research Programmes.
