If your academic and/or English language qualifications are not sufficient to allow for direct entry to one of our undergraduate or postgraduate taught programmes, you may wish to consider one of our Undergraduate or Master Foundation Programmes, offered at UCLan by ONCampus. Successful completion of this programme can guarantee entry to a wide range of programmes at UCLan.
The University of Central Lancashire has a wide range of Scholarships and Bursaries available for international students. Below are the criteria for the award of the Merit and Excellence Scholarship.

BBB at COHSC
|Grade 5/6 of UG degree from Mzuzu University or University of Malawi (70-84%) or 65% or above in Master’s degree|
|Excellence Scholarship criteria||70% or above in Part 1 bachelor degree
AAB at COHSC
|Grade 6/6 of UG degree from Mzuzu University or University of Malawi (85% or above) or 75% or above in Master’s degree|
Please note that these scholarships are not available for MBBS programme; distance learning programmes, Pre-Sessional Programmes or Postgraduate Research Programmes.
