The Crucible tells the story of a small community caught up in the grip of mass hysteria. It is set in the Salem Witch trials of 1693, and parallels the American anti-communist purges led by Senator McCarthy in the 1950s.
This Tony-award-winning play is considered one of the greatest American plays of the 20th Century. It's a must-see for anyone studying or simply interested in great theatre.
There will be a matinee performance at 2pm and an evening performance at 7pm each day.
Our shows tend to sell out quickly, so please book early.
