iROWE Seminar and Audience Discussion ‘Returners’ to work, after a career break for caring responsibilities.

Speakers: Dr Adrian Wright, Dr Gemma Wibberley and Dr Douglas Martin iROWE (Institute for Research into Organisations, Work and Employment), UCLan iROWE are running a series of seminars on ‘supporting the return to the workplace’ . This event will focus on our research on supporting ‘returners’, who have taken an extended career break for caring responsibilities, and are re-entering, or have recently re-entered, employment. We will explore the challenges and opportunities for both returners and employer.

Anyone with an interest in employment is welcome.
