Interior designer, Leona Nicholas, explains the importance of light and colour. Leona also covers changes you can make to your own spaces to improve your mental health and wellbeing.

As the days get shorter and we spend more time indoors, the important impact that natural light has on our health and well-being becomes increasingly obvious.

Join us for an enlightening talk that will explore the ways you interact with light and colour every day and how that influences your life.

Speaker Leona Nicholas will discuss some of the downsides to our indoor lives, such as Seasonal Affective Disorder and problems sleeping, the surprising ways colour influences our environment, and some advice on how to pick the right lighting for your homes.

Don’t miss this chance to learn how to make the most of light and colour to create a healthier, happier home environment.

Our free public lectures are held each month to ignite discussion and share interesting ideas and knowledge with everyone.

Whether you’re a student, professional, or simply a curious person, our lectures are designed to be accessible and enjoyable for everyone.
