Project Management - Foundations-(LEAP) for Lancashire SMEs

Over the 2 days the course will provide a robust theoretical framework to underpin practical tools and techniques that you can apply within your own projects, enhancing your skills and providing you with increased confidence when contributing to projects. Facilitators will use real life, case study examples of past and well-known projects to support you through this detailed exploration of working within the project management discipline.

Utilising elements of the Association for Project Management (APM) Body of Knowledge, and PRINCE2, this course can contribute to the learning required to undertake the foundational exams e.g. APM Project Fundamentals.
