Lubrication, Maintenance and Tribotechnology (LUBMAT 2023)

There are six major themes for the conference

Delegate Registration fee includes:

• Attendance at all social/networking Events
• Food and drinks on evenings of 17 and 18 July
• Morning and afternoon refreshments during the conference
• Lunch each day on each day of the conference
• Conference pack including proceedings
• Access to student events programme

Exhibitor/Sponsor fee includes

Includes all of the above plus exhibition space (3 days), an advertisement in the Event Programme and an opportunity to present product details at a special session. (A second attendee can be added at the Early Bird fee at any time.)

Table of Fees

A programme of events specifically aimed at postgraduate students will be designed. This will include:

• Student Poster Competition
• Student three-minute thesis competition (3MT)

LUBMAT is intended to be a immersive conference and Exhibition experience where all the delegates merge in a range of activities ranging from formal oral presentations to informal networking events at break and in the evenings. Two evening activities are planned:

• Visit to a local English “Stately Home” with “afternoon tea” and house / grounds access
• Visit to a heritage rail centre, including museum access, guided tour of restoration workshops, buffet dinner, drinks, and a ride on a steam powered train.

All accepted papers will appear in the Conference Proceedings. Selected papers will be invited for inclusion in a Special Issue of the international journal “LUBRICANTS”.
