This qualification is ideal for individuals in roles of management or would like to prepare for this next step in their career.
This course is ideal for individuals preparing for their first management role in the third sector, or for practising managers who want to improve their performance.
It will help individuals to increase their skill and confidence in managing volunteers day-to-day.
