This session is designed for apprentices and apprentice mentors at any stage, looking to build confidence in having conversations that feel difficult.
This workshop may be particularly helpful for those working with new teams or managers. Having effective conversations when the topic is complex or emotive needs consideration and planning. This introductory session will explore how you can plan and conduct conversations for effective dialogue.
