Coaching & Mentoring Conversations: for Mentors in Lancashire SME's
“Coaching is unlocking a person’s potential; it’s about helping them to learn rather than teaching them.” (Whitmore, 1995)
Do you want to get the very best from the conversations you have in the workplace?
If so, our Coaching and Mentoring Conversations workshop will provide you with the knowledge and skills to do just that. Designed for Apprentices and their Workplace Mentors in Lancashire-based SMEs, this fully-funded* one-day course will give you the opportunity to develop the key skills of coaching and mentoring, and provide a model to enable you to have effective conversations at work.
The session includes opportunities to practice, reflect, and plan how to include more coaching and mentoring conversations, and how to increase the impact of the conversations you have.
Ticket sales will end on 9th June 2023 The Lancashire Engaging Apprentices Programme (LEAP) is designed to maximise the impact of apprenticeships in Lancashire SMEs through fully-funded* learning and development events, coaching, and training.
