Former Detective Inspector with Lancashire Constabulary, Ken Kirwan, is now a lecturer at UCLan Policing, Ken has worked with countless small businesses to address the key question, “what is the risk to our business from cyber-crime?”

We are all TV presenters now! - Julian Dismore is an award-winning TV series producer / director who has produced over forty primetime series for various broadcasters, including BBC1, ITV, Netflix and Sky. Julian will share Do’s and Don’ts when using Zoom, MS Teams etc. for meetings and presentations leaving you feeling more confident when appearing online, with top tips on how to project effectively in online meetings, and how to avoid common mistakes and pitfalls you will hone your skills and improve how you present on the screen.
