Hear from a Team Great Britain athlete and learn about her second life as a full-time lecturer, a strength and conditioning coach, and PhD student.

Learn what it takes to be an athlete while working full time. This includes mental strategies to manage stress, plus the time management to remain disciplined.

It can often feel like there aren't enough hours in the day. Discover how you can find time to work on your fitness, while still doing everything else in your day.
