Job summary

We are looking for an Office Administrator ideally who has skills in IT and is passionate about technology. As the job moves forward, the position will extend to learning new skills including Project Management, Operations, Sales, and Marketing. There is plenty of opportunity for growth within Logma (OneFit Software).

Candidates must demonstrate the ability to assist the rest of the team by being organised and willing to take care of day-to-day processes such as answering the phone, logging calls and messages and using their knowledge of Microsoft Office/365 products. Candidates will be joining us in Systems & Software Production, Delivery and Support Operation where good customer relationship skills are required.

Candidates are also expected to demonstrate a commitment to continual learning and development as this position is a Degree Apprenticeship vacancy and the successful candidate will go on to studying the Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship. The programme will teach you about the modern business world whilst preparing for, and developing, your career in it.

Duties:

  • Create and update internal databases and records for financial information, personnel and other data.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for IT support within the organisation.
  • Manage customer relationships
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers
  • Be responsible for personal continued professional development and take opportunities to build the appropriate skills, qualifications, and/or experience needed for the role, with support from the Manager and the University.
  • As the job moves forward, the position will extend to learning new skills including Project Management, Operations, Sales, and Marketing
