Full job description

As an Digital and Technology Solutions Apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience and exposure to various aspects of digital and technology solutions. You will contribute to real projects, develop your technical skills, and gain a deep understanding of our industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Provide assistance in troubleshooting and resolving digital and technology-related issues.
  • Project Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on digital projects, contributing to the development and implementation of innovative solutions.
  • Staying abreast of industry trends and best practices. Through your university study and your own research.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for projects, processes, and solutions.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Assist in testing digital solutions, ensuring they meet quality standards and user requirements.
  • Problem Solving: Analyse and solve technical challenges with a proactive and creative approach.
  • Professional Development: Take advantage of learning opportunities to expand your skills in areas such as programming languages, software development, data analytics, and more.

Working pattern:

Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

A preliminary interview will be offered to successful applicants at the SPARK event. This is being held on our Preston Campus on 18th April 2024, please ensure you are available to attend on this day.
