The role includes the following responsibilities: 

  • Project Management: Assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering key business projects from start to finish.
  • Leadership Development: Learn how to lead teams, manage people, and develop effective communication and leadership skills.
  • Operational Support: Support in managing day-to-day business operations, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Business Strategy: Shadow/ Work with the team to develop and implement business strategies that align with company goals.
  • Financial Management: Gain insight into budgeting, financial planning, and managing resources.
  • Customer Relationship: Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners, ensuring a high standard of service.
  • Problem Solving: Identify challenges within the business and work with teams to develop innovative solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to ongoing process improvements to enhance business performance.

Working Pattern:

Monday - Friday 9.00am to 5pm
