We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Apprentice Business Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to eventually step in to business management. 

Full job description

The role includes the following responsibilities: 

  • Conduct market research to identify business opportunities. Provide insights to support strategic decision-making
  • Client Acquisition: Assist in developing and implementing strategies to acquire new clients for our automotive services
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential customers
  • Manage and enhance the company's social media presence to increase brand awareness and engagement. Develop creative content to showcase our services
  • Customer Feedback: Collect and analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Provide general administrative support
  • Assist with invoicing, billing, and maintaining accurate records
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and spreadsheets
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow
  • Contribute to the overall success and growth of Ewood MOT and Service Centre

Considerations

Working pattern:

Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Hours may vary according to business needs.

Salary:

Salary will be reviewed with experience.

A preliminary interview will be offered to successful applicants at the SPARK event. This is being held on our Preston Campus on 18th April 2024, please ensure you are available to attend on this day.
