Administration and Business Development

Knight Training have an exciting opportunity to work with us in a business development role.

• This would include, sales, marketing, administration and customer relation development.
• The person we are looking for must –
• Be enthusiastic, super organised, flexible, hardworking and fun!
• Be confident, understanding and friendly when dealing with customers both over the phone and via email communications.
• Have excellent time keeping with strong personal time management skills.
• Have strong communication skills with excellent written and spoken English.
• Enjoy a busy, fast-paced role with a keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Have good IT skills – using emails, Word, Excel and all Microsoft 365 products.
• Be able to work independently to a very high standard as well as be a good team player.
• Be willing to undergo a Basic Disclosure DBS check.
• The role is a flexible one with specific expected duties but also an opportunity to gain experience in all areas of the business.
• The salary is negotiable dependent on experience.

Working pattern

Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

Salary 

The apprentice will be trained until they are confident that they can carry out the tasks allotted without further supervision. At that point, salary can be discussed and increases given in line with their ability to perform these relevant tasks. A bonus system will be in place in addition.
